The environment at FLK is perfect for a Co-op student looking to pursue their CPA. As the firm is small in nature, Co-op students are given the opportunity to develop their necessary skills in all aspects of public accounting. FLK provides the opportunity to work on audit, review, and compilation engagements, as well as personal and corporate taxes. These are all area’s required to pursue your CPA. As the firm has a small number of employees, there is almost a family like feeling when working for the company. The senior staff and management are very educated and always willing to help when required. I spent over a year of my Co-op experience at FLK, and I couldn’t be happier with this decision.
